The model has been issued as five management books with project tools (developed with Microsoft Sweden) published by Norstedts Juridik in Stockholm and internationally by Kogan Page in London.
Financial performance is analyzed using a ”real time” competitive benchmark, which is followed by a current operational status review.
To improve performance, all internal knowledge sources are mobilized and a large improvement database with external improvement recommendations is utilized.
The result is presented during an online workshop with the management team.
All identified improvements are implemented using DIY tools.
