How It Started
After graduating from Manchester Business School, Tobias Pernvik began working as a management consultant for Ernst & Young in London. His job was to help large companies improve their profitability. However, after being promoted to the headquarters in New York, Tobias became frustrated that the large consulting firms weren’t helping smaller companies. Therefore, he founded Improfy to help and support smaller businesses as well.
