This is how it works
Project start – Week 1
Our project coach prepares questions for the cost analysis and develops a project plan. Then, you provide feedback on questions and upload employees’ email addresses.
Cost analysis – week 2
The entire sales team conducts cost analysis and grade how well your company controls costs in each department. Then, they provide ideas and suggestions on how to reduce costs.
Project report – week 3
Our project coach develops a report showing how well your company controls costs at different locations and departments. You get a portfolio of improvement suggestions on how to reduce costs.
Implementing improvements – Week 4
We will work with you for 5 months to implement all the improvements, ensuring reduced costs.
The Project Coach starts the project by preparing the questions for the sales analysis and customer survey. All you have to do is to provide feedback on the questions and upload the employee and customer email addresses.
The entire sales team will perform a sales analysis where they grade how well various sales activities and routines work in all departments across the company. Concurrently, your sales representatives provide tips and ideas to both find new clients and increase sales to existing clients.
The Project Coach develops a report that shows how well your sales routines work. You will also get an action plan with concrete measures of what can be done to increase sales to existing clients, and also on how to find new clients. The measures are taken from the tips and ideas from the entire sales team as well as the latest concepts from Harvard Business Review and input from your customers.
Implementing all measures
Together with the Project Coach and all employees, the project continues for another 5 months to ensure that all the improvements are implemented. This will ensure that sales will increase and that customer relations will continue to improve.
