Here’s how it works
Project start – Week 1
Our project coach prepares questions for sales analysis and the customer satisfaction survey. Then, you provide feedback on questions and upload the email addresses of your employees and customers.
Sales analysis – week 2
The entire sales team conducts sales analysis and grade how well various sales activities work across the company’s locations. Then, the sales team provides ideas and suggestions on finding new customers, selling more to existing customers, and making both groups happier.
Project report – week 3
Our project coach develops a report showing how well the sales tactics work at different locations and departments. You get a portfolio of improvement suggestions on how to sell more and please existing customers. Ideas come from three sources:
- Your entire sales team
- Input from your customers
- The latest Harvard concepts
Implementation – week 4
We will work with you for 5 months to implement all the improvements, ensuring increased sales and better customer relations.
Week 2
Project start
The Project Coach will start the project by preparing all the questions for the sales analysis and customer satisfaction survey. All you have to do is to provide feedback on the questions and upload email addresses for your employees and customers.
Week 2
Sales analysis
The entire sales team will conduct a sales analysis where they grade how well various sales activities work across the company’s locations. Concurrently, the sales team provide their own ideas and suggestions on what can be done to find new customers, sell more to existing customers and overall make customers happier
Week 3
Project report
The Project Coach develops a report that shows how well the sales routines and tactics work at various locations and departments.
You will now get a portfolio of suggestions for improvements in how you can find new customers, how you can sell more and please existing customers. The suggestions come from direct suggestions and ideas from the entire sales team, the latest concepts from Harvard and with input from all of your customers.
Week 4
Executing the improvements
Together with the Project Coach and your employees, you will keep on working another five months to ensure that all the improvement suggestions have been implemented successfully. This will ensure increased sales and further improvements in customer relations.
