Here’s how it works
Project start – Week 1
Our project coach prepares questions for the process analysis and develops a project plan. Then, you provide feedback on questions and upload employees’ email addresses.
Process analysis – Week 2
Employees complete a process analysis, grade the processes across the entire company, and provide tips and ideas on how to improve them. Senior management also incorporates suggestions from:
- Project coach
- Harvard Business Review
- Traditional management models
Project report – Week 3
Our project coach develops a report showing how your company rationalizes operations at different locations and departments. You get a list of concrete actions on how to streamline processes.
Implementation – Week 4
We will work together for 5 months to implement all the improvements, ensuring substantially improved processes and performance.
The Project Coach will start the project by preparing the questions for the process analysis as well as developing a project plan. All you have to do is to provide feedback on the questions and and upload your employees email addresses.
All employees will complete a process analysis where they grade all the processes across the entire company, on how well they work. The employees also provide tips and ideas on how the processes can be improved. Senior management is involved in the analysis and incorporate suggestions from the Project Coach, ideas for improvements from Harvard Business Review as well as traditional management models.
The Project Coach develops a report that shows how well each department controls their costs. You will also get a list of concrete actions that show how fixed and variable costs can be reduced and what result that will yield
Executing the improvements
Together with the Project Coach and the employees, the work continues for another 5 months to ensure that all improvements have been implemented. This will lead to substantially improved processes and performance.
